I’m Baiba Jakubaite, a Latvian fashion and commercial photographer based in Doha.

For over 10 years I’ve worked across the Middle East and Europe, focusing on fashion, beauty, jewellery and commercial campaigns.

I have a particular love for lighting and the way it can completely transform an image. Photography makes me feel alive — I love playing with light, exploring different moods, and creating something special and unique for each client.

Over the years I’ve worked with fashion designers, jewellery and beauty brands, magazines and creative teams on commercial campaigns and editorial projects.

For me, photography is about more than taking a beautiful picture. I enjoy being part of a creative team, understanding the vision behind a brand, and bringing that vision to life through light, composition and photography.
